a) We once stayed with a Chinese family at Jalan Hassan, Muar way back in the 60's. I can still remember Ah Meng, Quek and Chew Ping ..... Ah Meng is the eldest and looked after the family grocery shop (now is a restaurant), Quek played badminton and liked body-building (met him at Tanjung a few years back and he can still remember me), and Chew Ping was a very good badminton player.

b) When I was in Form Five (Five G to be specific) at High School Muar in 1969, there were 3 Malays (myself, Dr. Muhammad Mohd Salleh and Dr. Salim Sairan), 1 Indian, 1 Singh and the rest of the class were Chinese. I will try to post a class picture later.
